Photos / Videos are not permitted by Parents/Guardians unless instructed to by the Coach.

Photographs are taken by Lisa Alsop, Assigned SEDA Photographer & Michelle Parrish, Social Media Manager.

Video's & Videography of Events is managed by James Stevens, licensed Videographer, & Michelle Parrish, Social Media Manager.

Therefore imagery of the dancers are used within their means for advertisement and social media platforms including their own business pages.

Competitive Choreography routines are not to be published on Social Media platforms or sent to others outside of SEDA. Coaches will give permission for these once routines are no longer being used for Competitions.

The privacy of each student is paramount and personal information is kept for the sole purpose of the event, whereby it is then destroyed afterwards. The Class4Kids system is the database where all information is protected by SEDA CEO Sophie Orton who has sole access.

Teachers have the ability to tick off the register and receive medical information or photo permissions to ensure children are safe. These are not made common knowledge within the class settings and any questions are discussed with parents before action.
